• Live Chat Service - We heard you loud and clear that you needed real-time customer service. 90% of you prefer live chat over telephone for the advanced support options available. Live Chat operators can co-browse with you, guide you to specific products in our site, and answer all of your product questions while you conveniently visit our website. No need to leave and get a phone. Simply click on the live chat icon for help any time Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 pm EST. Please note Live Chat goes 'live' on November 1 2008.

• More product detail. Wherever possible, we have added full ingredient lists and brand information.

• Related products. We have added products that work well with the product you view, on every product page. We also make it very convenient for you to purchase an entire range of products by visiting only one page. For example, a dry skin cleanser would be linked with a dry skin lotion, cream, and/or concentrate. You can add just the cleanser to the cart or any of the other related products at the same time.

• Higher Security. We were already one of the most secure websites on the internet, but we went a step further and went to Network Solutions for their 256 bit encyption. They guarantee the security of their encryption and you may read the guarantee by clicking on the SSL icon on the home page.
