Shipping
& Handling
We offer a variety of United Parcel Service (UPS)
shipping methods to meet any budget or deadline. Fees
for shipping and handling are not included in the
price of the products and gift assortments. Fees will
be determined based on the package weight and size,
delivery method and delivery address, and will be
disclosed at the time of order. SpaSkin’s standard
delivery method is to ship via UPS Ground Delivery.
Once your shipment has been sent to UPS for delivery,
you will receive an e-mail with a UPS tracking number.
Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Returns
Should you wish to make a return, please follow these
procedures:
1.
Contact SpaSkin.com at service@SpaSkin.com
and ask for a return. You will be given a Returned
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
2. Enclose a note with the original invoice, the
reason for the return, and the RMA Number.
3. Re-package the item(s) in the original carton.
4. Send the return to: SpaSkin, 329 Main Street,
Suite 208, Wallingford CT 06492
5. Keep accurate records of your shipment until
you have received your credit or new merchandise.
Please
note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You
are responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed
within 2 weeks. If the original order was purchased
via credit card, your refund will be credited to your
original credit card account.
We
do not issue refunds or credits on opened or used
merchandise.
International
Orders
SpaSkin.com currently does not ship to any address
outside of the United States. Should you wish to make
a purchase for international shipment, please contact
us directly at (203) 679.0507 and we will be happy
to make arrangements for your order.
