Purchases from SpaSkin.com may be returned any time up to 30 days from the date of purchase under the follwing conditions:
· The returned products must be unopened and unused. In the case of products with shrink wrap, this means that the shrink wrap is intact. In the case without shrink wrap, this means the product has not been opened or dispensed. We carefully inspect every return for compliance. Items that have been opened will be discarded, or returned to customer at customer’s expense.
· Products must be received in re-saleable (new) condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product in new condition with packaging intact in the same condition in which it was shipped. Returns that are damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using postal insurance for your return.
· Upon your request for a return, we will generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The return MUST have an associated RMA for proper return handling. If you return a product without receiving an RMA, we cannot generate a credit for you. Returns received without an RMA will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
Send a return request email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an RMA. You will receive back a unique RMA number which is your reference number for the credit transaction. You will also receive return shipping instructions in the email. Follow the instructions carefully.
Credits are posted to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If the purchase was paid for by someone else as a gift, they will receive the credit to their card. Credits are posted within 15 business days from receipt of the return.
